They offer a range of group travel solutions for many types of groups throughout Cornwall, UK, Europe and even some worldwide travellers.
In addition to this they also operate their own brochure holidays which offer the opportunity of great value packaged tours throughout the UK and Europe. These tours run alongside a full year round range of popular day tours.
Microcomms were asked to work with Williams Travel regarding their broadband connection. Williams Travel had previously been told by BT that fibre broadband was not an option for them, but on further investigation, we discovered that fibre was already being partially brought onto their site.
We took on the project wholeheartedly and successfully liaised with BT to secure fibre to the Williams Travel building.
Shortly after installation we came in and helped Williams Travel to get swiftly up and running.

Whilst Williams Travel had previously felt that their internet connection was fairly stable, there were times throughout each day which, on occasions meant a member of staff had to reboot the system.
Inevitably this caused downtime for all members of staff and quite often it was at the most inconvenient moments, causing a knock-on affect for our customers.
Since their easy and successful transfer to fibre, Williams Travel have enjoyed uninterrupted, faster internet with no downtime at all and have said that they should have done it a long time ago!
