We have a wide area of expertise at Microcomms and our role can vary between a simple desktop exercise to design and support local teams in a wider consultative design team or provide a more comprehensive and turnkey approach irrespective of geography.
A recent example was a project in Radarweg, a region of the Netherlands for one of our long-term partners. The project consisted of a two-stage office move from the World Trade Centre located in Amsterdam Zuid via a managed office space which was used as a swing space to accommodate users, whilst the newly refurbished office facility in Radarweg was being prepared.
The project required extremely tight coordination with the local teams of users and trades to manage the move and extraction phase from the WTC Building, as well as design and delivery resources for the refurbishment. The project and coordination exercise pulled from all of the experience and components Microcomms has at its disposal and by working in conjunction with Turner Townsends Netherlands team as well as Dutch MEP Specialists EMC2 – the project aligned with all of the local teams required, delivered all of the necessary milestones for successful delivery.
Microcomms ability to remove the need for multi-vendor complexity ensured that the technology & IS design and needs of our partner could be fulfilled in a more transparent and coordinated way which not only provided more control for the client, but ensured a viable and risk free delivery mechanism.
