- Support contracts on a time only basis (e.g. 50 hours per year) additional time can be added as the contract progresses, any time remaining at the end of the contract can be carried over to the next contract.
- Various levels of remote support, we can securely access network servers to diagnose and solve most issues. We can securely connect to desktop PCs to resolve any user issues. We also offer helpdesk phone support and on-site support if required.
- Ad-Hoc support is available to existing clients on a per issue/resolution basis.
- Monthly server checks ensure that your servers are running smoothly and any issues are identified quickly. This checks important aspects of the server’s operations, backups, event logs and performance counters.
- We offer hardware support and keep a wide range of replacement products in stock. Any replacement parts required are charged to the customer at a discounted rate.
